A Day of Blessing: The Mulungi Family Visits Butambala

Last week, we were honoured to welcome the Mulungi family to Butambala for a special day of fellowship and inspiration. Their visit was a powerful reminder of the incredible ways God has worked through this community over the past couple of years, and it was a blessing to share our progress and vision with them.

The day began with a tour of our school campus, where the Mulungi family witnessed firsthand the dedication of our teachers and the enthusiasm of our students. They were deeply moved by the vibrant learning environment and the impact the school is having on the children’s lives.

As a symbol of growth and commitment, the family participated in a tree-planting ceremony on the campus. This tree will stand as a living testament to the Mulungi family’s support and our shared dedication to nurturing the future of Butambala.

Next, we had the privilege of visiting a home within the community, where the Mulungi family experienced the warmth and resilience of the families we serve. This visit provided a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by community members and the importance of our ongoing support.

One of the highlights of the day was when Diamond Mulungi shared words of encouragement and wisdom with the leaders of our local church. His insights and passion inspired and uplifted them, reinforcing their commitment to serving the community with faith and dedication.

The Mulungi family’s visit was a source of tremendous encouragement to all who are involved in our work in Butambala. Their presence, support, and shared faith serve as a reminder that, together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.

We are deeply grateful to the Mulungi family for their time, their generosity, and their unwavering commitment to our mission. Their visit will be remembered as a special day of blessing and renewed inspiration.
